(Ethiopia) coffee

Single-origin organic coffee from the Jimma appellation, with floral notes and great sweetness.

This traditionally grown forest coffee has an exceptional profile with notes of ginger, vanilla and caramel.

This 100% arabica coffee is hand-harvested in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. It is sun-dried on raised beds. In the cup, we find a natural coffee typical of the Ethiopian terroir, smooth and accessible, with a full cereal body and discreet notes of red fruits. Long on the palate, with a slightly acidic profile and little bitterness.
