How much does it cost to rent a coffee machine?
This depends on several criteria:

- machine capacity – a Jura GIGA X8 that can brew 200 cups a day will be more expensive than a Jura E4 that is calibrated to produce 20 coffees a day.
- the options chosen – water connection, payment system or fresh milk fridge are optional items that also come with their own monthly surcharge.
- the length of the contract – the price per month is degressive, and therefore more advantageous over 5 years than over 2.

Do you do short-term rentals?
Our professional coffee machine rental service is designed for organizations wishing to rent coffee machines on a long-term basis and make full use of them all year round. Javry does not offer daily rentals or rentals for one-off events.
What contract terms are available?
Our coffee machine rental contracts range from 24 to 60 months. If your need is shorter, we offer reconditioned coffee machine rentals starting at just 12 months! Contact us directly and we’ll find the best solution for your timing.
Is it better to rent or buy a professional machine?
There are manyadvantages to renting a professional coffee machine, but here are the 3 main ones:

- The financial commitment is spread over time.
- It’s easy to change devices as your business grows.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting are automatically included with some models.
Buying also has its advantages:

- The machine is yours for good.
- In the long term, the cost is lower.

What is not included in the rental price?
Not included in the rental price:
- coffee beans (which you must purchase from Javry, as part of the contract conditions),
- cleaning products, snacks, consumables and any other extras for the coffee corner,
- repairs required as a result of misuse of the machine (e.g. putting something other than coffee in the bean container).
Can I buy my machine at the end of the contract?
In most cases, we’d advise you to renew your contract and install a new coffee machine, in the same way as in a leasing contract, where you are constantly upgrading to new models. If you don’t want to renew your contract when it expires, you can ask to buy the machine back, but this option is not automatic.
It’s not a right that’s written in black and white in the contract, but we’re always open to discussion. 😉
What are my obligations as a tenant?
When you rent a professional coffee machine from Javry, you have 2 very simple obligations which, if not met, will result in financial penalties:
- use the machine correctly and sensibly. This means 1. carry out cleaning, filter changes and other maintenance programs when required by the machine, and 2. do not overuse the machine. If the machine has a capacity of 40 cups a day, you don’t have to force it and ask for 100 cups a day every day.
- buy your coffee and cleaning products from Javry: we want to be sure of the quality of the beans that go into the machine and into your cups!
How do coffee deliveries work?
They’re going well! On a more serious note, you have 2 options for getting coffee delivered to your office:
- order from the store yourself when you need to, by committing to a suitable order frequency. Your order will be delivered within 72 hours (we work with DPD in France and Luxembourg, and Bpost in Belgium);
- Activate an automatic coffee subscription for business and receive your orders at the frequency of your choice, without ever having to think about it again.
