Do you do short-term rentals?
Our new coffee machine rental service is reserved for businesses and professionals who want to rent a machine for a long time and make full use of it all year round.
For one-off requirements, we work with event companies, caterers and other catering organizations: these companies rent coffee machines from us, keep them in their warehouse and move them around during their events.
How long is a lease contract?
Our coffee machine rental contracts range from 24 to 60 months. If your need is shorter, we offer reconditioned coffee machine rentals starting at just 12 months! Contact us directly and we’ll find the best solution for your timing.
How much does a coffee machine rental cost?
The price of a rental coffee machine ranges from €29 to €199 per month.
It depends on several criteria:
- machine capacity: a coffee machine that can make 200 cups a day, like the Jura GIGA X8, will be more expensive than one that can make 20 cups a day, like the Jura E4.
- chosen options: water connection, payment system, fresh milk fridge, etc.
- the duration of the contract: the longer the duration, the cheaper the monthly rental charge.

Is it better to rent or buy a professional machine?
You’re ready to replace your company’s coffee machine – great! Now you’re wondering whether it’s better to rent or buy a professional machine.
Here are the advantages of renting a professional coffee machine:
- Affordable: buying a coffee machine can be costly, whereas renting one allows you to spread the cost.
- Flexible: does your business grow and change? With rental, it’s easy to change machines as your needs change.

- Quite simply, the machine belongs to you. If you rent, you must return the machine at the end of the contract.

- You can choose your own coffee and not be tied to a supplier. You also have the freedom to choose whether or not to take out a maintenance contract for your machine.

What is included in the rental price?
When you rent a pro coffee machine from Javry, you benefit from..:
- A new, professional automatic grain processor from Jura, Bianchi or Rheavendors
- Configuring your machine: depending on the coffee you choose, the cup results you want and the hot beverages you want to serve, we configure your machine to meet your expectations perfectly.
- Delivery and installation of the machine at your premises by a technician, or delivery of the machine already configured and ready to use (to be defined according to your preferences).

Proactive annual maintenance: a technician visits you once a year to carry out annual maintenance on your machine. The aim is to anticipate breakdowns and ensure your machine is running smoothly.

Reactive maintenance in the event of a problem: If your machine malfunctions, our customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, via telephone, e-mail and WhatsApp. Depending on the nature of the problem, we’ll assist you remotely or schedule an on-site intervention by one of our technicians. We are committed to intervening within 48 working hours, and will provide you with a replacement machine if your unit needs to be repaired in our workshop.
- Labour and spare parts for repairs and maintenance operations, and for normal, safe use of the machine.
In short, by opting for rental, you benefit from a complete service and the guarantee of a machine that’s always up and running. Quite the opposite of what you get if you buy your machine on Amazon! 😉
What is not included in the rental price?
Not included in the rental price:
- maintenance products such as cleaning tablets, descaling tablets, etc.
- coffee and other machine consumables (milk, chocolate, etc.)
- other consumables for the coffee corner: tea, snacks, cookies, etc.
- repairs required as a result of misuse of the machine (e.g. putting something other than coffee in the machine’s bean container)

Can I buy my machine at the end of the contract?
The purchase option is not automatic at the end of the contract.
In most cases, we advise you to renew your contract and install a new coffee machine.
If you don’t want to renew your contract, you can ask to buy the machine back. This right is not written in black and white in the contract, but we’re always open to discussion. 😉
What are my obligations as a tenant?
When you rent a professional coffee machine from Javry, you have 2 simple obligations:
- use the machine with care, which means (1) cleaning, changing filters and other maintenance programs when the machine requires them and (2) not over-using the machine (e.g.: if the machine has a capacity of 40 cups per day, you must not force it to make 100 cups per day every day).
- buy your coffee and cleaning products from Javry: firstly, because we want to be sure of the quality of the beans that go into the machine and, secondly, because we don’t make any profit on the price of the machine alone and we have to make a living!
If you fail to meet your obligations, the contract stipulates financial penalties.
How do coffee deliveries work?
You have 2 options for coffee delivery:
- you place your own orders when you need them
- you activate a Javry coffee subscription that lets you choose the coffee you prefer, and receive it at the frequency of your choice. And it’s all modifiable directly from your account.
In both cases, we deliver the coffee to your premises within 72 hours. We work with DPD (France Luxembourg) and Bpost (Belgium).
