What budget should you anticipate for renting your office coffee machine?
This depends on several criteria:
- the capacity of the machine: a Jura GIGA X8 with its 200 cups per day will be more expensive than a Jura E4 calibrated for 20 daily coffees.
- the options chosen: mains water connection, payment system, or milk fridge represent additional costs.
- the length of the contract: the monthly price decreases as the contract gets longer.
On average, you can expect around 50€ for an office of 15 people, 120€ for an office of 50 people, 200€ for a head office of more than 100 employees. At Javry, renting a coffee machine ranges from 29€ to 219€ per month – maintenance and cleaning products included.

This is the figure we observe among our clients. For a company of 25 employees, we therefore estimate average consumption at 50 coffees per day, or about 10 kg of coffee per month. What is the length of a rental contract?
The length of a contract depends on your needs and the chosen model. At Javry, we offer contracts for 36, 48 or 60 months, to find a balance between budget, flexibility, and monthly cost.
If your company evolves (growth in headcount, new offices, new needs), we can also support you in adapting your equipment during the course of the contract.
Can you buy the machine at the end of the contract?
As a general rule, no. At Javry, we favour a circular economy approach: end-of-contract machines are refurbished or reused as loaner machines to extend their lifespan.
In certain specific situations, a buyout can nevertheless be considered. Feel free to discuss this with your account manager!
What happens in the event of a breakdown?
In the event of a problem, our technical team first performs a remote diagnosis. In Belgium, nearly 90% of incidents are resolved without a site visit, which allows your machine to be put back into service quickly.
If an intervention is necessary, we guarantee to intervene within 48 working hours in Belgium as well as in France. And if the repair cannot be carried out immediately, a loan machine can be made available to ensure the continuity of your coffee service.
What are your response times?
We guarantee an intervention within 48 working hours across Belgium and France whenever a technician’s visit is necessary.
Regarding customer support, an advisor is available every working day by email and phone, with an average response sent within 2h of your request.
In practice, a visit is not always essential: in Belgium, nearly 90% of assistance requests are resolved remotely, which limits service interruptions.
Are your machines under warranty?
Yes, absolutely! All machines sold, rented, and installed by Javry benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty.
In addition, our rental contract with maintenance allows you to benefit from technical support throughout the duration of the contract to limit service interruptions and preserve the performance of your equipment.
Who takes care of the maintenance?
We distinguish two types of maintenance.
- Routine maintenance (cleaning, replacing cleaning products, rinsing, etc.) is carried out by your teams. We provide the cleaning products as well as guides and tutorials to support you.
- Technical maintenance is provided by Javry. In the event of a breakdown or for preventive operations (notably on machines connected to the water network), our technicians take over.
Should you decide to purchase a machine instead, an annual maintenance contract can also be activated!
Do you install the machine?
Yes. Most of our machines are installed by a Javry technician, who carries out commissioning, settings, a complete demonstration as well as a short training session so that your teams can use the machine from day one.
For certain more compact models, plug and play delivery is also possible. The machine is then ready to be used immediately, with all the necessary documentation for independent installation.
