Annual maintenance
Since prevention is better than cure, we carry out preventive maintenance once a year.
48-hour turnaround
In 90% of cases, we solve the problem remotely. If this is not possible, we will repair or replace your machine within 48 working hours.
Replacement machine
If the repair has to be carried out in the workshop, we place an identical replacement machine in the workshop for the duration of the repair.
Procedure
- You report the problem to us: we help you directly by phone, Whatsapp or email. In 90% of cases, the problem is solved at this point. If the problem is more serious, we’ll change your machine!
- You receive a machine within 48 hours: If the machine needs to be repaired in the workshop, we will replace your defective machine with an identical, fully functional professional machine as quickly as possible.
- Your coffee machine is repaired: you keep the loan machine or we send you back the original machine.
