The advantage of compostable capsules
It's no secret that Nespresso capsules create real waste management problems. However, they are widely used around the world, and if you own a capsule coffee machine, it would be counterproductive to replace it with a bean-to-cup machine. So, one of the most environmentally friendly solutions in this situation is to switch to biodegradable capsules. After enjoying your drink, simply throw your empty capsules into your compost bin, where they will take three months to break down naturally. This way, you can make your black coffee a little greener!
NB: Nespresso has recently started offering compostable paper coffee capsules that preserve the taste of the coffee they contain.
