How does the reconditioning of our used milk coolers work?
We start by collecting the Cool Controls from our customers who no longer need them or have changed models, as with our reconditioned coffee machines. In our Jura-approved technical center, we open the Cool Controls and use a compressor to blow into the fan and cooling unit to clean them thoroughly. Then we plug in the fridges (let's not forget that these are connected fridges) to check that the appliance is working perfectly, that it's cooling properly and calculating the weight in the milk tank correctly.
If we ever find that the cooling unit is KO or that the internal scale no longer works, then the Cool Control as a whole is beyond repair. But our eco-responsible approach doesn't stop there! We recover external parts (lids, etc.) so that we have them available for repairs on other fridges that may need them.
