A coffee subscription that lets you choose

Your coffee consumption may change over the course of the year, and so may your preferences. With the Javry subscription, nothing is set in stone. You decide on the coffee, the grind, the quantities and the number of packs. We then take care of sending your parcels at the frequency of your choice … until you decide to change any of these settings as and when you need to! In short, it’s a personalised subscription that isn’t set in stone – you can change or cancel it at any time, free of charge.

How subscription works

We answer your questions

When do deliveries take place?

Anytime! You determine the date of the first delivery. Then, depending on the frequency you’ve chosen (every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months), we’ll roast, pack and ship your packs of coffee beans or ground coffee.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery costs €5.99 per package: this amount is added to your invoice each time you make a payment.
If the total value of your subscription exceeds €65, delivery is free! This corresponds to around 3 kg of coffee, depending on the variety you choose.
You’re then free to play around with the quantities and monthly instalments on each coffee’s product sheet!
For example:

2 packs of 1kg Condor BIO every month = €49.25 coffee + €5.99 delivery = €54.24 per month in total
4 packs of 1kg organic Condor every 2 months = €98.50 coffee + €0 delivery = €49.25 per month in total

When will I be billed?

Just before you receive your coffee: sampling takes place 2 days before shipping dateYou can pay by credit card, using the payment method you specify when ordering.
If you opt for a monthly subscription, you will be debited every month; if you prefer bimonthly delivery, payment will be made automatically every 2 months.

What happens if my payment is refused?

If your payment does not go through, you will receive an email inviting you to update your credit card: we will then try again 12 hours later..
Si le deuxième paiement échoue également, vous avez à nouveau la possibilité de changez vos coordonnées bancaires, et ce, jusqu’à 3 foisx (every 24 hours).
If after 5 attempts, the payment has still not been successful, your subscription will be cancelled and you will have to set up a new one.

Can I pay my subscription by SEPA direct debit?

Payment by SEPA is reserved for our business customers who sign up for a café d’entreprise subscription.

I'm going on vacation / I won't be in, what should I do?

No worries: you can shift the date of future scheduled deliveries at any time.
En cas de congés, il vous suffira donc de changer la date de la prochaine livraison de café pour qu’elle s’accorde à votre retour, et votre abonnement poursuivra son rythme habituel sur base de cette livraison décalée.

Can I change my coffee, grind or frequency during my subscription?

Absolutely: everything can be done from your customer area. However, you must do this no later than 3 days before the planned dispatch date, so that we can take your wishes into account in good time and apply them to the next delivery. Note that you can either exceptionally add extra coffee to a parcel, or modify the entire subscription so that it applies to all subsequent shipments.

What are the delivery times?

Once your direct debit has been validated, you will receive an email informing you that your order is being prepared. Allow 72 hours on average before you receive your precious coffee in your letterbox!

I'm not sure which formula to choose. Can you help me?

Don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone and a member of our team will help you set up the perfect subscription!
At the same time, you can observe how long it takes you to finish your current pack of coffee at home.
Use this as a basis for setting up your subscription, then refine it month by month according to your consumption rhythm.
The great thing about the Javry subscription is that you can change it at any time if you receive too much or too little coffee.

Is it possible to receive coffee on a random basis?

The subscription we detail here allows you to receive the coffees you choose automatically.
If you’re looking for a discovery or mystery subscription (with a different coffee every month), you’re better off using our discovery subscription gift voucher available in the store.

Est-ce que les livraisons sont rapides ?

Une fois votre prélèvement validé, vous recevez un email vous annonçant la préparation de votre commande. Comptez 72h en moyenne avant de recevoir votre précieux café dans votre boîte aux lettres.

Puis, en fonction de la récurrence que vous avez choisie (tous les 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6 mois), nous nous occupons de torréfier, emballer et expédier vos paquets de grains de café ou de café moulu.

À combien s'élèvent les frais de port

Vous pouvez consulter nos frais de livraisons par ici : ils dépendent du pays de livraison et du poids du colis. Par ailleurs, la livraison est gratuite à partir de 70,00 € HT d’achats. Cela correspond plus ou moins à 3 kg de café, selon la variété que vous choisissez. Libre à vous alors, sur la fiche produit de chaque café, de jouer avec les quantités et mensualités… mais si vous commandez de grandes quantités pour économiser sur les frais de ports, pensez à appliquer nos conseils pour bien conserver votre café !

Quand aura lieu le prélèvement ?

Juste avant de recevoir votre café : le prélèvement a lieu 2 jours avant la date d’expédition, sur le moyen de paiement que vous aurez indiqué à la commande. Si vous optez pour un abonnement mensuel, vous serez prélevé tous les mois ; si vous préférez une livraison bimestrielle, alors le paiement se fera automatiquement tous les 2 mois.

Que se passe-t'il si mon prélèvement est refusé ?

Si votre paiement ne passe pas, vous recevrez un email vous invitant à mettre à jour votre carte bancaire : nous ferons alors une nouvelle tentative 12h plus tard. Si le deuxième paiement échoue également, vous avez à nouveau la possibilité de changez vos coordonnées bancaires, et ce, jusqu’à 3 foisx (toutes les 24h). Si au bout de 5 tentatives, le paiement n’a toujours pas abouti, votre abonnement sera annulé et vous devrez en en configurer un nouveau.

Comment faire en cas d'absence ou de vacances ?

Aucun souci : vous pouvez décaler à tout moment la date des futures livraisons planifiées. En cas de congés, il vous suffira donc de changer la date de la prochaine livraison de café pour qu’elle s’accorde à votre retour, et votre abonnement poursuivra son rythme habituel sur base de cette livraison décalée.

Est-ce possible de changer de café en cours de route ?

Et si je veux recevoir des cafés en aléatoire, pour découvrir ?
