Our coffee machine maintenance service is resolutely responsive. If you have a problem with your machine, you can contact our customer service department Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, by phone, email or Whatsapp.
Depending on the problem, we’ll either help you solve it remotely, or send a technician to visit your site. We offer a response within 48 working hours, and provide a replacement coffee machine if we have to take your machine to the workshop for repair.
So you can rest assured that your machine will always be up and running.
Do the machines require a lot of day-to-day maintenance?
Coffee machines are like people: some need more attention than others. Generally speaking, the machines require little maintenance: empty the coffee grounds container 1x a day and press a button to start a rinse program.
