How does the corporate coffee subscription work?
1.Selection
You choose your coffees from 10 ethical and sustainable references, depending on the tastes of your clients and colleagues.
2.Customisation
You tick the "Subscribe and save 5%" option and decide on the frequency of shipments: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly...
3.Delivery
The first order is delivered within 72 hours to your offices. You can modify or suspend your subscription at any time.

We have developed an online platform that makes managing your company’s coffee subscription very easy. At any time, you can:
Modify your order to suit your needs, from the shipping frequency to the delivery date, including the quantity and varieties of coffee;
Add other products to a scheduled delivery, such as maintenance accessories for your machine, sugar, milk or even small snacks for your coffee corner;
Pay, check and download your invoices, as well as access your delivery history, re-order a past order in 1 click, or access the user manuals of your coffee machine.
Delivery to your offices in 72h
We deliver to companies in Belgium, in France or in Luxembourg.
We work with DPD, Colissimo and Bpost as well as private carriers to deliver your order quickly.
If you are based in Belgium, our delivery time is only 2 working days. If you are based in France or Luxembourg, our delivery time is 3 working days.

How do I know the correct quantities of coffee to order?
Our recommendation is to count around 2 coffees per day and per person. As on average, a cup of coffee requires 8 to 10g of ground coffee, we can therefore estimate needs at 20g per day x 20 working days per month = 500g of coffee per person per month. If you are a team of 20 employees, that will make 10 kilos of coffee per month!
Of course, this range should be compared with your teams’ consumption habits: are they fans of double espressos? working from home half the week? etc…
This is also why our automatic subscriptions are not fixed: you can adjust your deliveries as you go according to your actual consumption (handy during summer lulls for example!)
Can you modify or suspend your subscription along the way?
Affirmative! Type of coffee, grind, quantity, packaging, and even delivery frequency: everything is customisable and modifiable at any time 🙂
Is this a coffee subscription with a commitment?
If you have a coffee machine rental contract with us, yes: the latter commits you to consuming a minimum (and reasonable) quantity of coffee with us. If not, you are completely free, and can suspend your office’s subscription at any time.
Where do you deliver coffee parcels to?
Javry delivers to businesses (and private individuals!) everywhere in Belgium, France and Luxembourg via DPD, GLS or Bpost.
The delivery time is 4 working days for any order placed before 10:00 in the morning (excluding weekends and public holidays).
And good news, delivery is free for purchases over €70 excluding VAT! This represents between 2 and 3 packets of 1kg of coffee depending on the chosen cru.
Can you add other office products to the order?
Absolutely! You will find everything you need for a successful coffee break on our pro eshop: sugar, milk portions, teas and herbal teas, snacks… Take advantage: the 5% discount for subscriptions is also valid on these references.
How do I group subscriptions if I manage multiple offices?
Thanks to the B2B client account, you can become the administrator of several offices and appoint different office managers for each one.
Each office will be able to manage its own deliveries (handy if the Perpignan office prefers Brazilian coffee and the Paris office wants more decaf) and you will have access to centralised management for invoices on your side.
