Description

Kalita Wave filters fit your Origami dripper perfectly. Their flat bottom limits variations in water flow rate and guarantees extraction stability. This results in a coffee with a smoother, creamier taste and more body than conical drippers.

Kalita filters are compatible with size M Origami drippers, and other drippers designed for flat-bottom extraction.

How to use them:

• Grind: ground coffee, medium grind (like table salt)
• Quantity: 15g
• Water temperature: 91°C
• Water quantity: 200 to 250g
• Method:
  • Place your filter and pour hot water through it to rinse the filter. Discard the hot water.
  • Place your ground coffee in the filter and first pour 60ml of water using circular motions. Let it bloom for 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Slowly pour 90ml, still using circular motions. Avoid pouring directly onto the paper.
  • Slowly pour the rest of your water.
