AeroPress Go

Description

The AeroPress Go is a compact version of the classic AeroPress coffee maker. It has been designed to replicate all the capabilities of the classic AeroPress with the added ability to serve as a container to store and drink your coffee.

These 2 functionalities (coffee maker and mug) make the AeroPress Go the ideal coffee maker for travelling! (also to be discovered: the CafePress coffee maker-mug)

Like the original AeroPress, the AeroPress Go can make Americano coffee, espresso and cold brew. Moreover, this travel press is very simple to use, fast and easy to clean.

Make a hot or cold extraction with the AeroPress Go

	Step 1 Push the piston out of the chamber
	Step 2 Add a filter to the cap.
	Step 3 Turn the filter cap on the chamber.
	Step 4 Place the chamber on the cup and put a rounded spoonful of ground coffee in it.
	Step 5 Dry to level the coffee
	Step 6 Add 80°C water to level 1 of the chamber for hot brewing or room temperature water for cold brewing.
	Step 7 Remix for about 10 seconds for hot brewing or 1 minute for cold brewing.
	Step 8 Insert the plunger and press gently, pausing when resistance is felt, until the plunger reaches the mass

Preparation tips

• Grind: Medium to fine
• Quantity of coffee: Between 7 and 10 g per 100 ml of water to be measured with the Hario spoon sold with the V60 kit
• Water: Not boiling (80-90°C), and / or spring water
