Single-origin organic coffee from the Jimma appellation, with floral notes and great sweetness.

This 100% arabica coffee is hand-harvested in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. It is sun-dried on raised beds. In the cup, we find a natural coffee typical of the Ethiopian terroir, smooth and accessible, with a full cereal body and discreet notes of red fruits. Long on the palate, with a slightly acidic profile and little bitterness.
