Coffee Machine Technician

Your Role

As a technician, you play a key role in the company. Without you, our clients cannot consume their coffee! This job involves frequent contact with customers. Your various missions are:

1. Machine preparation: you prepare the coffee machines before their installation;
2. Machine installation: you install the machines at the client's location, connect the different circuits, and perform initial setup tests;
3. Annual maintenance visit: you provide routine maintenance of the equipment in service, replace elements (electrical circuit, hydraulic, lighting, coin mechanism, etc.).
4. Repair: you intervene on-site in case of a breakdown to restore and replace defective parts.

Of course, you organize your tours (preparation, installation, repair) based on the data provided on a tablet. You ensure the condition of the spare parts and cleaning products necessary for your mission.

Your Profile

• You have a driver's license (category B);
• You are autonomous, proactive, and versatile;
• You are rigorous, organized, and have an eye for detail;
• You are customer-oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and are assertive;
• You speak at least one of the following three languages fluently: FR, NL, or EN;
• You can read and interpret order-related documents (order form, delivery note, invoice);
• You have basic technical training in electricity, electromechanics, electronics, or maintenance:

Additional Skills

• You have experience in B2B and customer service;
• You have experience in repairing/maintaining coffee machines;
• You speak a second language among the following: EN, NL, FR;
