Already ground, already ready to brew: perfect if you don’t have a grinder. And if you prefer grinding your beans fresh, take a look at our Origami gift set with whole beans ;)
The Origami dripper has become a staple in the slow coffee world thanks to its great versatility and its ability to reveal the delicate nuances of specialty coffees. Its conical shape and deep ridges promote optimal airflow, resulting in an even, very clean extraction in the cup. It’s an ideal method for those who enjoy bright, precise, and aromatic coffees.
For a successful brew, measure 14 to 16 g of ground coffee and prepare about 230–260 ml of hot water.
Place your Origami filter, wet it, then gently pour the water in several stages.
Start with a light bloom for 20–30 seconds, then continue pouring steadily until you reach your total volume.
The entire process usually takes between 2 min 15 and 2 min 45.
You’ll get a clear, smooth, and perfectly balanced cup.
