Cafermi is a traditional roaster located in Bièvre, in the Belgian Ardennes. Miguel uses a slow-roasting mid-temperature process in partnership with Javry. This technique allows the beans to gain their particular color without losing their precious aroma.
The beans are progressively brought from a temperature of 180°C to 220°C during a process which lasts between 20 and 25 minutes.
Unlike some industrial roasting practices (flash-roasting), this traditional technique gets the best out of every bean.
The Classic coffee we offer is a mix of beans from several origins containing at least 90% Arabica. It is labeled Efico Foundation (Coffee for People, People for coffee).
This mix is perfect for coffee lovers wishing to drink excellent coffee at a reasonable price.
