Javry is a fast-growing coffee company, yet we are not a regular coffee provider. Why? Because the fair-trade coffees we offer to our customers are not only harvested in the best plantations around the planet but are also roasted in a traditional way here, in Belgium. Besides the outstanding coffee quality, we innovate our customers' service by offering them a subscription service that eases Office Managers' life by delivering monthly and automatically the precious energizing beans their company needs.

Le Role

Your job as digital sales representative among us will be to promote and sell our products and service in Belgium, especially in Flanders and Brussels.

Your responsibilities will be varied:

  • Set up monthly sales goals (and reach them!)
  • Provide assistance and information on product features
  • Assess prospects needs and determine the fit with our service
  • Build and grow the sales team according to our company's growth
  • Inbound and outbound sales prospection & pro-active lead generation
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Next to these responsibilities, you will have an incredible amount of autonomy in your daily tasks with the aim of determining how you can best develop your talents and contribute to Javry's growth. Any ideas to improve Javry's processes are welcome: if you think that a short video may help inbound conversion rate, then do it. If you want to enhance the way our free samples are sent, just go for it. We truly aim to stimulate and encourage creativity when it comes to serving our customers better. In other words, what we expect from you is that you test your ideas, measure their results, iterate on what works and stop what does not.

You will also discover and master new tools such as, Teamleader, Mixpanel, and many more.

Le Profile

  • You are a result-oriented and target-driven person
  • You have solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are hands-on, curious, creative and eager to learn
  • You are not afraid of taking responsibilities and making mistakes
  • You speak and write perfectly in Dutch (French and English are pluses)
  • You are patient and persistent because the whole sales process can take time
  • You have basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Previous experience in (online) sales is a plus (1 or 2 years) but not a must-have
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree (in Business Management or similar is a plus)
