The Company

Javry is a young fast-growing coffee company (startup if you want), but we are not a regular coffee provider. Why? Because the fair-trade coffees that we offer to our customers are not only harvested in the best plantations around the planet but they also are roasted in a traditional way here, in Belgium. Besides the outstanding coffee quality, we innovate by offering an online subscription service that eases Office Managers' life. In short, we deliver monthly and automatically freshly roasted fair trade coffee to companies (B2B service) so that they never run out of their precious energizing beans. Last but not least: we do our best to have a neutral environmental impact on our activity. All our products and packages are eco-friendly and we ask the same to our suppliers.

The Job

Your job, in the main lines - and if you accept it - will be to promote and sell our service and products in Belgium, especially in Flanders.

We expect you to do any tasks from outbound sales to closing deals as well as answering questions of inbound leads. If you like or are better at one specific task, you will get the chance to become a master of that one.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are closing online deal requests
  • You discover, master and enhance our sales process
  • You are joining events & conference when it's needed
  • You are in charge of developing your customer portfolio
  • You provide assistance and information on product features
  • You are always looking for new sales opportunities for Javry
  • You assess prospects needs and determine the fit with our service
  • You are frequently reporting your sales results to the sales manager
  • You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales & customer service

Your profile

  • You speak Dutch
  • You have basic Excel skills
  • You are sales result driven
  • You can work autonomously
  • You are organized & multitasked
  • You are computer and internet friendly
  • You like to build strong and lasting relationships
  • You have solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have at least 1 successfull year experience in sales
  • You are hands-on, curious, creative and eager to learn
  • You are not afraid of taking responsibilities and making mistakes
  • You are persistent, because the worst thing you could do is to give up
  • You have an understanding of sales principles and customer service practices


  • You like coffee
  • You speak English or French (or both)
  • You are friendly, dynamic and never hesitate to make jokes
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree from a Business/Management school
